Amazing company! We got a bouncy castle and waffles from them. Bouncy castle was set up on time at the venue (they even got there before we did). Waffles were amazing! Lots of different toppings to choose from and service was great. Look forward to booking these guys again.

What a fantastic company... great communication from beginning to end.

Very smooth transaction and process to get the castle ordered.. delivered and collected.

it literally looked brand new... and the guys spent more time cleaning it than it actually took to setup and inflate. was in and up in minutes!

Honestly don't bother looking at any of the other companies about.. price and service wise.. this is where to go.

Amazing set up for birthday party. From the outset, Mo was unbelievably focused on ensuring our plans ran smoothly. He was really good at communicating right from the booking on their website (which is really easy to use and check availability) to the few days before the party to confirm all the details. It really put me at ease when he highlighted his policy of returning the deposit if the weather was problematic . His setup is focused on safety first followed by happy parents. Also, I was amazed at the time the guys took during setup to wipe down the castle, the soft play and all the other games we had booked - so the kids had a super clean germ free kit to play with. I’d highly recommend 123 Big Bounce for high quality products, trustworthy and dependable service and finally a worry free happy event.

100% recommendation! Courteous and professional, previous bouncy castle company let me down, Mo came out measured up and was able to supply my daughter with the bouncy castle she wanted, arrived early set up was quick and all equipment clean before use! And cleaned again when they came to collect. Condition of the bouncy castle was spotless. Overal great communication from start to finish, saved the day and make my daughters birthday a wonderful day for her and her friends.

I recently hired a bouncy castle (Pink Princess Themed) and ball pit (pink) for my daughter’s Eid party from 123 Big Bounce, and I have to say that the equipment was absolutely fantastic! Both the bouncy castle and ball pit were clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. The colours were bright and vibrant, which made them even more appealing to the kids, and the parents were able to relax knowing that the equipment was safe and well-maintained

The bouncy castle was the perfect size for the number of kids at the party, and they had a blast jumping and bouncing around. The ball pit was also a big hit - the kids loved diving in and playing with the colourful balls. It was great to see them having so much fun and getting some exercise at the same time!

The staff were friendly, incredibly helpful, accommodating and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time and set everything up quickly and efficiently, and were very patient with all of our questions and requests. The set-up and take-down process was quick and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the equipment and the attention to detail that went into making sure everything was safe and secure. I would definitely hire from 123 Big Bounce again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality party equipment. Couldn't fault the princess soft play, ball pit and bouncy castle we hired. The didicars we added on were really good as well. Would definitely recommend and book again. We had a last minute booking and couldn't find any other bouncy castles hirers available on our date so thank you
