We recommend booking early as our packages get booked out in advance. Please do check our availability or contact us as we do also have some last minute availability (at no extra cost).
We will have to cancel outdoor bouncy castle bookings if the wind speed is greater than 24mph or in case of forecasted rain. Please note this is a very rare occurrence but something we need to mention.
Cancellations due to rain, wind greater than 24mph or other unsuitable weather for outdoor hire will receive a refund on any monies paid.
We do not set up bouncy castles on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.
