We can personalise the ball pit and soft play shapes for an additional price. Personalisation starts from £20 depending on your requirements. Please ring us if you would like to personalise the soft play so we can quote you on this.

We serve Luton, Dunstable and surrounding areas including Caddington, Houghton Regis, Leighton Buzzard, Hitchin, Harpenden and London.

We recommend booking early as our packages get booked out in advance. Please do check our availability or contact us as we do also have some last minute availability (at no extra cost).

Cancellations due to rain, wind greater than 24mph or other unsuitable weather for outdoor hire will receive a refund on any monies paid.

Unless you have an indoor booking for a specific time slot, we normally deliver and set-up outdoor hires between 8am and 12pm. We collect in the evening - a time frame will be given to you once the booking is confirmed. Set-up/pack-up can take up to 30 minutes.

If you require a specific time slot, please mention this in the booking details as we can cater for this.

No outdoor hires on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.
