Due to the size and weight of this product, we can only accept indoor bookings or garden hires with a side gate/other outside external entrance.

Owing to the large size and theme, this gets booked out quite quickly so book early to avoid unavailability.

We will have to cancel the booking if the wind speed is greater than 24mph, there is heavy rain or other very bad weather. Please note this is a very rare occurrence but something we need to mention. All monies paid will be refunded in such cases and you also have the option to cancel in such circumstances prior to us coming out.

The fun begins in the morning and goes on until the evening as we deliver from 8am - noon and collect in the evening. If you have particular time requirements, mention these in the booking notes as we can fit these into our schedule.

No outdoor hires on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.

Terms and conditions set out by 123 Big Bounce must be agreed to when making the booking.
