Part of our T&Cs of hire mean that if you or we cancel prior to an outdoor event commencing due to strong winds, heavy rain etc, all money paid will be refunded.

If you require a particular drop off or collection time please mention this in the booking notes. We usually deliver from 8AM onwards and collect before sunset.

No outdoor hires on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.
