Adverse weather or a poor weather forecast may mean we have to cancel an outdoor booking prior to delivery. We do this as we value safety more than anything! If we have to cancel you will get 100% of any money paid returned. It is also at your discretion to cancel prior to the event if there are going to be adverse weather conditions and you will get your money back.
Please specify any specific time slots in the booking notes or by letting us know by phone. Normal hires are delivered before midday and picked up in the evening.
