We recommend booking early as our bouncy castles get booked out in advance especially in the holidays. We may have some last minute availability so do check on the site or give us a ring.

Adverse weather may mean we have to cancel an outdoor booking prior to delivery as we value safety. If this is the case you will get 100% of any money paid returned. It is also at your discretion to cancel prior to the event if there are going to be adverse weather conditions and you will get your money back.

No outdoor hires on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.

Please specify any specific time slots in the booking notes or by letting us know by phone. Normal hires are delivered before midday and picked up in the evening.
