Cancellations of outdoor hires (by you or us) prior to the event will have all money refunded.

We take up to 30 minutes to set up and pack away. We will deliver between 8AM and midday and collect in the evening.

If you require a specific time slot, please mention this in the booking details as we can cater for this.

No outdoor hires on hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, artificial/plastic grass.
