We recommend booking early as our packages get booked out in advance. Please do check our availability or contact us as we do also have some last minute availability (at no extra cost).
We will have to cancel the booking if the wind speed is greater than 24mph. Please note this is a very rare occurrence but something we need to mention.
Cancellations due to heavy rain, wind greater than 24mph or other unsuitable weather for outdoor hire will receive a refund on any monies paid.
Unless you have an indoor booking for a specific time slot, we normally deliver and set-up outdoor hires between 8am and 12pm. We collect in the evening - a time frame will be given to you once the booking is confirmed. Set-up/pack-up can take up to 30 minutes.
If you require a specific time slot, please mention this in the booking details as we can cater for this.
We do not hire on outdoor hard surfaces e.g concrete, tarmac etc
